The Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with various stakeholders including individuals, organizations, and institutions, in order to support the mission of KKF. The Partnership Development Manager will expand the reach and impact of KKF by identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships to drive growth, sustainability, and impact.

  • Develop and implement a partnership strategy aligned with KKF’s mission and goals.
  • Identify and engage key sectors organizations and stakeholders for potential collaborations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • including NGOs government agencies foundations and corporations.
  • Prepare and submit partnership proposals
  • grant applications
  • and funding requests.
  • Collaborate with program teams to align project proposals with partner objectives.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential partners and assess risks and benefits.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
  • ensuring clear documentation of terms.
  • Manage relationships with funding organizations and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor partnership impact and effectiveness.
  • Represent KKF at events to expand the network and identify new partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and prepare regular reports for senior management.

المؤهلات والخبرات

  • Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration Public Relations
  • International Relations or any related field.
  • Master’s degree in business administration Public Relations
  • International Relations or any related field. (Preferred) Experience: 5-7 years of experience in partnership development or similar field
  • Knowledge of non-profit sector in Saudi Arabia
  • Knowledge of non-profit Partnership Management
  • Knowledge in Legal requirements related to the field Training:
  • Professional training in partnership
  • Professional certificate in strategic management
